Admissions Procedures

Enrollment at Ava’s Angels Childcare is as easy as 1-2-3. Simply follow the steps below.

Step One: Online Registration

After reviewing our operational policies and program offerings, please complete our online registration form. Once you receive confirmation that your tour and on-site interview session are scheduled, gather the necessary documents (and questions) and proceed to step two.

Step Two: Tour and Interview

Tours are given every Wednesday between 3 pm and 4 pm (CST). (Alternative days and times are available, upon request.) After the tour, parents can ask questions and meet classmates.

If you would like to enroll your child at this time, please proceed to step three.

Step Three: Enrollment Package

Complete the enrollment package and return it to the school with the first week’s tuition (non-refundable). The complete enrollment package with tuition and all fees are due on your child’s first day.

The following forms are required on your child’s first day:

1. Application for Admission

2. Operational Policy and Procedures

3. Tuition Agreement

4. Fee Schedule

5. Medication Authorization

6. Dispensing Medicine Authorization

7. Photo Release

8. Immunization Records

Step Four: Tuition

For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards (including PayPal) and offer multiple payment options via Freshbooks online invoicing and Square mobile payment processing.

Step Five: Online Access

Once accepted, your account will be activated and you will be able to pay tuition online, access webmail, online storage, view and print monthly, quarterly and yearly statements, etc.

Step Five: Webmail and Online Storage (optional)

All students enrolled at Ava’s Angels Childcare are eligible for email accounts and access to 2GB of online storage. Ask for details.
